AHY uses enquiry information to respond to quotation requests, evaluate cargo-handling and transportation requirements, communicate about potential or active shipments and maintain necessary business records.

Information sharing

Information may be shared with logistics service providers involved in evaluating or carrying out the requested service, such as carriers, warehouses, customs-support providers and inland transport partners. AHY does not sell enquiry information.

Retention and security

Business enquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for communication, service delivery, recordkeeping and applicable business obligations. Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect it.

Your choices

You may ask AHY to correct or delete information you previously submitted, subject to any information that must be retained for legitimate business or legal purposes.
